At Least I'll Get Home for Christmas on Time. . .

Well, it turns out that my acting/singing prowess must be less than I thought. I was asked back for callbacks (second auditions), but was cut from the final cast list. I'm actually quite disappointed. It's probably only irony working against me: I put on my blog that I'm auditioning for a part, making it very public, and now I have to let everyone know that I was not successful. I guess I'll have to keep taking singing lessons or something.
Just feeling a little blue.

Don't be silly. You are the most dramatic person I know. You'll get the part that you are supposed to get. Be patient. You're good.

Mich- First off, don't listen to Angelee because your not as dramatic as she is! Second, sorry about the part but really you can sing very well and you are one hot tamale!!! Give me a call and I will come rub your shoulders & feet today! Have a good day!

That bites the big dig. I am sorry. Please in your moment of despair do not go back to Pam for voice lessons, go to someone else (I don't think you need voice lessons).

I'm gonna be selfish and say I'm glad you get to spend a little more time at home this year! :)
I am sorry though that you didn't make it this first time around. Keep your chin up!

Michelle my belle... those directors are lame!! You have an amazing voice and talent for acting. But remember, everything does happen for a reason. And maybe you're supposed to be coming home for Christmas. We are all having Michelle withdrawls and I'm sure your parents are too. When Maci is down, I always sing, If perchance you meet a frown, do not let it stay, quickly turn it upside down and smile that frown away. It always makes her smile. I don't know if its the words or my awful manly wannabe soprano singing voice. hahaha... But anyway, you rock and don't ever forget it!!
